| Residential Development Bremerton |
Stream determinations on 16 Type F and N streams on a 203 acre Site. This land is proposed for development into a high intensity residential development with approximately 600 single family dwellings. |
This project has met SEPA requirements and has been approved for development. |
| Residential Development Lacey |
This site required a study on two wetlands and a shoreline determination. The shoreline was of a Lake in Lacey. This land is proposed for a small low-medium intensity development. |
This project is in the final stages of the study. |
