The violation has been removed and the facility is currently operating as an active chemical distribution center. |

An Environmental Assessment (EA) was performed for an electric utility pole alignment project along a 4.7 mile segment of State Route #3 in Allyn, WA. The EA was prepared in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements and complied with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969. |
