Wetland, waters, priority habitat, and priority species determinations identified a wetland, two streams, and a few priority habitats (i.e.: waterfowl, fish, and special wetland) on a 60 acre site. A wetland buffer modification plan was prepared. |
To make the project feasible, the buffer modification should allow a lot lay-out more feasible for the owner. |
